Recent studies show that running is more beneficial to weight-loss than walking. If you think about it, it really makes sense. Which one takes more energy? Running obviously! Walking is still pretty good for you, but if you want to achieve greater weight loss, running really is the way to go.

Let’s be honest: Running is hard! Running is hard for everyone, especially for people who are obese. Next time you are at the grocery store, pick up a couple bags of potatoes and carry them around for a while. Imagine trying to run while carrying all of that extra weight! It’s hard isn’t it?!
