Exercising in the morning is quite possibly the best time during the day to exercise. It is the perfect way to start the day. Wake up before the sun comes up, put on some comfortable workout clothes, and go for a jog.

You really don’t have to exercise very long. As long as you exercise for 30 minutes, that is quite enough. Make sure that your heart rate is up enough, that you are actually getting tired, and that you are being realistic with yourself. You don’t want to over-do it. If you injure yourself from pushing yourself too much, it could affect your workout for the next few days.

After you have your morning workout, take a nice hot shower. You deserve it! This will actually help your muscles heal more properly so that you can have the same, perfect workout the next day.

After your wonderful, refreshing shower, indulge in a delicious breakfast. You can actually choose to either workout before or after breakfast. Make sure you follow the food pyramid well. Try to get something out of every food group, don’t forget the juice! Fruit juice is so much better than diet soda or regular soda. It’s better if you drink fresh fruit juice. If you can’t afford a brand new juicer, find a friend who will let you borrow one or buy one off of the internet.

Do. Not. EVER. Skip Breakfast. This is the best advice anyone can give you. When you skip breakfast, you are missing out on important nutrients that your body needs to start the day. You will have more energy at work and you’ll actually be able to fall asleep better each night.
