The 20” x 63” tread belt gives you more room compared to other BodyGuard models. TheT460X offers long running space is great for people with longer strides. It also features the Sorbothane SDS+ cushioning which is softer than the BDS cushioning offered by cheaper BodyGuard models.
The Contact HR Bar monitors your pulse rate by placing your hand on the bar or by using the chest strap.
There are also 29 pre-programmed workouts included in this machine. Besides the programs you can also take advantage of 8 learn programs, 6 memory programs, 4 calorie goal, 5 distance goal, 4 interval,6 heart rate, 2 track, 6 get in shape.
The advance friction detection system (AFDS) which prevents overheating of the motor and shortage of the drive, and the electronic stride control (ESC) which controls the speed of the machine to prevent it from changing pace especially when the treadmill is inclined.
