The Schwinn 860 has a couple of nice things going for it, but in all honesty you can do better. The motor for this model has 3.0 chp and is one of the better aspects of this treadmill. Unfortunately there are some specs like the tread belt that are not even up to standard on cheaper brands and models. The 860 has a 20″ x 58″ tread belt and could really use the extra 2″ to make it full-length. The max speed and incline is 12 mph and 12%. The weight capacity is 300 lbs. Both the 860 and the 840 are folding models which can be a little bit of a minus as it loses some stability and can have some parts rattling. The warranty is a little shady, but it does have some good aspects to it. The warranty covers frame for 10 years, the motor for 10 years, the electronics for 1 year, the parts for 2 years, and the wear parts for 90 days.
