The 1.9 Precision rollers are much better than standard grade rollers most treadmills in this price range offer. The 20 x 55 quiet treadbelt is roomy and designed to operate more smoothly and quietly. The ProStride Imapct Cushioning will help protect joints no matter if running or walking. This cushion runs the entire length of the treadbelt for cushioning even the longest strides.

The Proform Perspective 1.5 also offers 16 Personal training, 4 heart rate and 2 learn workouts. Also included is a personal Odometer that will allow the user to track the distance traveled over time and can be reset for individual training. This combined with the Interactive Audio crosstrainer comes cable ready and will allow the user to watch any program they choose. The wireless chest EKG heart rate monitor will track your heart rate.
