The 700Tm is the perfect training and runner’s treadmill! The 700Tm features a cardio coach for weight loss calculations and training assistance. The 10 pre-set workouts include a hill profile program with Intervals, hill walk, easy jog and thigh burner. Also, included with the 700Tm is a heart rate indicator and bar graph for heart rate monitoring. For the training runner, the 5K and 10K will track profile and progress. The 700Tm also features 4 heart rate programs for maximum heart health, and a built in Polar compatible heart rate receiver. The 700 Tm comes with a customized hand held pulse sensor is standard only on this and the 750Tm model.
