With a manual mode quick start you can easily begin a workout, and when time allows the random hill programs with limitless computer generated programs. The 5K and 10K training programs will give you a full workout. This treadmill also comes equipped with programs that will target specific areas like the Thigh burner or intervals for major weight loss. The HR programs will either target heart rate or heart rate intervals, which ever program fits your needs that day. There is also a pause mode with a 30 minute program saver.
