The Apex 4500 Treadmill by NordicTrack adds an impact resistant workout with iFIT technology to help anyone attain their personal fitness goals quickly and effectively. The AutoBreeze Fan will automatically change the air speed when the workout intensity rises, or there are 3 comfort levels that the user can adjust. The Apex 4500 also includes the state of the art iFit workout card technology that will literally talk you through your workouts with a trained and certified personal trainer. Easy 1 touch incline and speed control allow for effortless operation.

The Reflex deck is the only treadmill that will absorb the action of running, and return the same energy with your next stride. The Reflex deck will cushion your joints by up to 40%!

Strengths:

This treadmill is well equipped for anyone that enjoys a ton of workout options. Some users say this is the best treadmill ever due to the Reflex deck and the joint cushioning feature.

Weaknesses:

Many runners were not impressed with the Reflex deck and said that is was much to bouncy. The Movement of the deck was a concern, and some felt this may increase injury. This is defiantly a treadmill that you would want to test in a showroom due to the varied opinions.
