Look lady this is going to be rough but you can do it. It is scientifically proven to be easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight, and the reason is because the body can make new fat cells but it cannot get rid of old fat cells.
The only way to appear skinnier is to shrink the fat cells you have in your body, and that can be a difficult trick. You see the body takes energy from calories in food, and some of this energy is stored in the body as fat.
When you begin an exercise you are burning the calories that came from the food you just ate, and if you doesn’t last for more than 30 minutes then fat calories are going to remain untouched. Starving yourself won’t work because the body will just respond by going into starvation mode and will start storing everything that is consumed.
With as hard as it is to lose weight women have it much harder than men. First off fat cells are totally different than fat because fat cells just hold fat they do not actually look gross or create that cellulite look on the back of the legs.
Women have very large fat cells in comparison to men, and because they are so large they can carry much more fat in each cell. Not only that most women are naturally born with more fat cells than men.
Hold on that isn’t all, there is an enzyme that lives in fat cells that works to metabolize fat into energy, and this enzyme is much more prevalent in a male’s fat cell than in a female’s. Yes, the whole fat thing is truly unfair, but don’t worry you can combat it.
Here is how you do it. First you need to stimulate your liver by cutting out alcohol, fast food, cigarettes and drugs, even if they are prescribed they are still bad for your liver.
The liver is responsible for taking toxins and turning them into bile. Bile is a little substance that travels through the body and eats up excess fat.
The cleaner the liver the more bile the body will create, and the more bile the faster the metabolism will be. And, consequently, this will result in higher energy levels throughout the day.
Work aerobic exercise that you can do for thirty minutes at a time. Things like yoga, jogging, biking, swimming are all going to be low impact but if you perform them long enough you can get a great amount of caloric burn out of them.
Just remember though if you are exercising but you haven’t cleansed your liver then you might not lose any weight at all. It takes healthy foods combined with exercise to lose weight.
