. For some of us getting on a treadmill is like scratching your finger nails down a chalk board! A couple tips to running on a treadmill to increase heart rate cardio and intervals are:
1- Start by walking at a moderate pace of 3.5 to 4 for 10-12 minutes
2- Increase the incline to 4 and speed the pace to a moderate jog at speed of 5.5 for 2 minutes
3- Bring the speed back down to 3.5 and return the incline back down to starting height for 3 minutes.
