New Study – 30 Minutes of Exercise is Enough

So you think you’ve tried everything to lose weight… Have you tried exercising every day? I know that sounds like a lot of work but in reality it isn’t. 30 minutes really isn’t that much time when you think about it.  But it’s true, 30 minutes of exercise daily is enough to help you lose weight.

There are many different workouts you can do in 30 minutes, but make sure that you get your heart rate up. That is essential for this to work. Sure, bouncing on an exercise ball can be a lot of fun, but does it get your heart rate up enough? Are you sweating? Are you out of breath? Hmm.. you might need to try something else if those questions were answered “no”.

You can find an awesome exercise video to do with your friends or family. That way, you can motivate each other to exercise and have fun at the same time. The most popular workout videos nowadays are Zumba DVD’s.

Also, what is your diet like? It won’t work if you are eating cheese burgers for every meal. Use your common sense to decide whether something is healthy or not. Here’s a good tip though; before you eat anything, eat an entire plate of fruit and vegetables. Not only will that help to fill you up faster, but it will help you not crave yucky, fattening food.

If you do choose to fill up on fruit and vegetables, pay attention to your energy level next time you work out. You will notice a HUGE difference.

Set up your treadmill or exercise bike in front of the tv, work out while watching an episode of your favorite tv show, and when it’s over then you’re done. Before you know it, you’ll be shedding those extra pounds that were “impossible to lose”. It’s that easy!
