Overall, unless you just want a walking treadmill which may not last beyond a year or two, you probably should not buy the R 5.2.

Can be helpful for fixed incomes - For those who rely on a fixed income stream but still want a treadmill to walk on, then the R 5.2 can be a decent treadmill choice.
Not substantially built - From the short, spring-loaded pin that secures the treadmill deck to the narrow treadmill belt, the R 5.2 is built on cramped proportions. Also, molded plastic makes up much of the construction of the R 5.2, which may be more vulnerable to cracking.
