The Sole E95S is a strong and powerful home elliptical, but with that strength comes a larger footprint. To be able to sustain heavy max weight for long periods of time, we would expect to see a larger piece of equipment like the E95S.
The foot pedals on the E95S (and every other Sole elliptical) are uniquely ergonomic. The inward slope, adjustable placement, and close proximity to one another makes them noticeably more comfortable than other manufacturers’ ellipticals. The foot pedals also run on a double rail system that feels sturdier than ellipticals with single rail systems.
The stride length can be adjusted from the console with a button. You can increase or decrease your stride length mid-workout to target different body parts or adjust for comfort.

The Sole Fitness app gets a lot of bad reviews on Google Play and the Apple Store. Our experience with this app has not been impressive. We’ve experienced crashing and glitches but our fingers are crossed that Sole will continue to work through the bugs and provide a better tech experience with their equipment. Sole offers free curbside delivery, which is what we typically opt for. The delivery person will park the truck as close to your home as they can and then unload the boxes. This doesn’t guarantee the boxes will be safe from weather conditions.
