The Sole E55 is a simple piece of equipment with an interface similar to something you’d use at the local gym. For the buyer who wants something light on tech but heavy on performance, the E55 is a great option.
We never experience any issues with the software or machine malfunction with Sole products and the E55 is no exception. This elliptical is incredibly comfortable to use. The Sole Fitness app gets a lot of bad reviews on Google Play and the Apple Store. Our experience with this app has not been impressive. We’ve experienced crashing and glitches but our fingers are crossed that Sole will continue to work through the bugs and provide a better tech experience with their equipment. If you’re interested in applying more apps and tech to your fitness regimen, take a look at ellipticals from NordicTrack and ProForm.
Sole offers free curbside delivery, which is what we typically opt for. The delivery person will park the truck as close to your home as they can and then unload the boxes. This doesn’t guarantee the boxes will be safe from weather conditions.

This home elliptical offers more range of motion, allows you to target and activate more muscle groups for a well-rounded workout.
