Home Delivery and Set-Up – Sole offers free curbside delivery for the VU19 which requires you to assemble the bike yourself. Assembly is fairly simple and Sole provides very clear directions. To ensure your items are delivered while you’re home and carried inside, you can opt for “threshold delivery” for $59 or “room of choice” delivery for $119. Both options have the delivery person bring your boxes indoors, safe from the weather.
If you’re not wanting to assemble the bike yourself, you can also select Sole’s “assembly” shipping option for $239. This service has your delivery person brings the packages into the room you’ll store your bike, they’ll assemble it for you, show you how to use it, and remove all leftover packaging from your home.
Financing – Sole Fitness does not offer to finance the R92.
Return Policy – Sole offers one of the best return policies compared to other exercise bike manufacturers. They allow a 30-day trial period on all of their equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, Sole will refund your purchase, no questions asked. Sole offers free return shipping should you choose to return the R92. Returns for a refund will not be authorized 30 days after delivery unless SOLE determines there are extenuating circumstances.
